What do you think about a 08 Honda Accord v6 ex-l automatic with only 78,000 mileage? What mileage do you think the timing belt should be changed?

One of the worst Honda Accord model years.

I would be aware of the issues on this gen Accord.

As for the timing belt interval, it should be in the owner’s manual.

Btw, the timing belt should be replaced every 60,000-100,000 miles

For a V6 Honda timing belt, services should be done between 60k to 100k miles as Matthew mentioned above, but I would avoid the 2008 Honda Accords because they did have problems with excessive oil consumption and brake issues.

I have a friend with a 2009 Accord. Honda replaced his piston rings under the recall. He now has 250000 miles on the car, daily driver, very happy with it. If the car you are looking at was repaired under the recall, it might be worth it.
