Scotty my friend has a 2008 chevy impala engine vin K. We have replaced his blend door actuator 4 times with in a year. My back round real quick. I my self have been working on cars for 20 years or so. I am the lead tech at my job i work at a used car have been there for 3 years so iv seen some shit. I dont get why his blend door keeps crapping out any hints please. Also what do you think of the 2002 dodge stratus R/T?

Ok it dont matter that the car is on or off the blend door will go click click click all threw the night. All by its self. I disconnect the battey every day so that it wont drain.
