08 Silverado 1500 4.3L V6 187K Miles. I have both p0420 catalyst efficiency and p2270 o2 sensor stuck lean. Runs and drives fine just have to have it fixed due to emissions in Missouri. Any ideas? Was thinking about replacing the sensor and go from there but wanted to see what others thought.

The heated 02 sensor has probably fried and needs replacement. Pretty common.
