A week or two after i replaced my altenator i went to crank my 2008 Avalon it went haywire. Horn was blowing, wipers were going and washer fluid was spraying. After taking the fuses out and driving home i later discovered my headlights didnt work on bright, ac and horn no longer worked and my coolant fans weren't coming on. Reverse lights also not working. Can you please help????
Well, if it happened immediately after replacing the alternator, you probably sure that something out. Anytime you replace an alternator be sure to disconnect your battery because if you don't you got live wires you could short out all kinds of computer stuff. But do go back to where you worked and pray something is unplugged. Or maybe a wire got crushed and you need to just fix that
