Hi, Scottie posted this video  --->>>  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cdvjVnwE4Ec regarding the oil issue with the 09 Camry which I own. based on this issue do you think I should start filling my car with 0 / 20 oil to prevent this problem or prolong it from happening? (it hasnt happened yet thankfully.)

Well those 2AZFE engined camrys did a million kilometers plus as taxi cabs in dubai! 10W40 / 20W50 API SL and above was used back then. If your warranties are done, I suggest keep changing the oil frequently.

Different places make engines in different places. The ones made in Japan sold in the US from 2002 through 2006, and were perfectly fine. When they started making it in the US in 2007, there were major problems.

my question was should I start using 0 / 20 oil to prevent this problem or prolong it from happening?

Stick to the Toyota's recommendation for oil viscosity.
