Scotty, a day or two after having a new starter put in by a non-dealer mechanic, the radio and A/C in my daughter's '09 2.4L CRV w/100K miles started having problems. The radio began switching channels on its own and the A/C now takes ten minutes to start pumping cold air. No problems with either were had before the starter was put in. Could the mechanic have done something to the car's computer(s)? Thanks.

Take it back and have them fix what they broke. If they mistakenly grounded the hot lead to the starter, it could be computer problems.
