My car runs rough and idles at 400rpm but when I clear the check engine light it stops running rough and runs normal I have a code for the o2 sensors and speed sensor P0031,P0037,P0500. Is it running rough because the computer making it or its trying to force me to fix it or its an internal problem? I also cant go over 4500rpm even in sport mode its limits it to 4500rpm

Well the fact that you clear the code and then it runs normal for a while generally shows you may have a failing main computer. But do have the oxygen sensors tested first as they could short out and then do the same thing.
