10 year old cars with low mileage

Hello everyone, just wondering what your thoughts are on purchasing an "older" vehicle with low miles?  For example, 2009 Honda Civic with 30k on it?  I've also seen a 2008 with 1,400?  First, lets say the Odometer has not been rolled back and the car has been kept in a garage, i.e. no rust or major dents.

What problems would one expect from a car that's been sitting that long with very little use? if any?

Any insight would be appreciated.

Thank you!

Rubber components such as hoses, belts, and tires should be looked at. Fluids should be checked for moisture/condensation build up.

Make sure 100% that the mileage is legit and not rolled back, seen it too many times.

Anything with the fuel system. Clogged fuel injectors, fuel lines, fuel pump. Gasoline is not meant to sit for a long amount of time. Also it depends if the car did a lot of sitting without being driven at all or if it was just driven occasionally like once a week or 2 weeks.

Rust. aging/cracking plastics and rubber seals/gaskets/hoses/bushings. Corroding/breaking electrical. Water leaks. Fatigued and wallered out metal parts, and sagging springs. Worn upholstery. Faded light lenses. etc etc.
