2018 transit hd echoboost just reached 100k miles, what maintenance do u recommend?

Follow the service schedule in your owner’s manual, religiously!

All fluids, brake, power steering, coolant, transmission, all spark plugs.
If this is a DGI engine, have the valves cleaned.
If car has a timing belt and is a interference engine, change it ASAP.
If you don’t know, call the dealer, provide the VIN and they will tell you.
