I have a 93 F150 300-6, I replaced the alternator with a new unit. I think it was a Denso. 80 amp. I also replaced the battery with Ever Start Max from Walmart. It the 65 series. It says it’s 1,000 amp with 850 CCA. Pretty tough combo. Under full electric load voltage drops to 13.8, under normal load 14.2 to 14.3 volts. Is this too high?

Nope.

80A seems pretty low for a pickup.
