2007 Ford Focus 119k miles, automatic. ZX5 I think
Just picked up this 07 focus for $200. Someone had stole the front tires. So they just wanted it gone.
Drives cherry. Other than the left wheel bearing is going. And is wearing tires crazy fast.
Anyways will 14 inch rims and tires fit on this thing? Trying to find out before I buy some.
My friend gave me some tires, but one is a 225 16 and is huge. And rubs when making quick turns.
Is using a tire that sometimes rubs, for a few weeks going to cause an issue?
Trying to do what I can with the little money I have.
It's best to match all wheel sizes evenly. Several rim sizes are used on a Ford Focus. Check the two back rims/tires to aid with sizing. Here are a couple of aftermarket tire and wheel sites which can provide you with the typical rim size for your car model/trim.

The rubbing tire is likely to big.
It's best to get as OEM as possible when it comes to tires. It will do much more than just wear your tires out faster, if you don't. Your tires are engineered specifically for your car, and it must maintain certain tolerances and suspension components will wear out prematurely if you don't. Your drive axles can wear out prematurely if they're not, for example. Take a look in junkyards, they made tons of Focuses. I got an OEM 5th tire for my 1999 Ranger out of the junkyard.
