Hello, I have a 15 Dodge Charger with a little less than 75k miles on it. I bought the car on Black Friday of 2019 at really good price certified preowned. I have only put about 18k miles since. I have noise from the tear end that sort of a clunking noise when I shift into Drive, Reverse Or Park. Sometimes it’s the normal noise sometimes it’s a loud clunk. I have had the whole driveshaft assembly replaced about 6 months ago and have had the rear dif fluid changed when I noticed the noise. It is still under warranty but not for too much longer and the dealership says they cannot replicated though I took the service advisor for a test drive and he heard it. Don’t know if it is related but recently the car seems to shift gears as if it were a stick shifting gears with a worn clutch. The dealer said they couldn’t replicate that either and was advised against changing the transmission fluid. Could the rear differential and transmission be going out?Should I continue to try to get them to fix, ignore or trade it in. Thank you.

This does not make any logical sense. You were both there when it was replicated.
If it's certified then they have an obligation to fix it. Write them a professionally worded notarized letter, quoting the terms of the warranty, and ask them firmly to fulfill their contractual obligation or you will be forced to pursue legal measures.
