- Scotty, my wife was driving her chevy equinox, 46k miles, and the antilock braking system warning light popped up the service antilock braking system info came up. Is it something I need to take to dealer or repair garage, or is it the extreme cold messing with the electronics? It's been well below zero here in Minnesota as of late. Thanks

Have the ABS system scanned to find out what the warning light came on for.
