My 2016 Nissan Rogue (50k miles) squeaks when turning. I have tried some lubricant spray on the steering shaft bushing but have had no success in stopping the squeak.

It is most likely the steering shaft boot still some times you need to fully take it out and put a thicker grease inside where the shaft contacts. Those cars don’t have power steering fluid and aren’t really prone to any other issues but those boots are it 90% of the time

Some low hanging fruit things to check: power steering fluid level (also check if it’s clean), tie-rod ends, seals, ball joints, lubricated and/or worn out?, shocks/struts
