Hi I have a 1962 corvette and I had a leave from the junction block where the big bolt is that has the 2 copper washer and connects the master cylinder to the main brake line so I was wondering how tight do I need to tighten it back up with the new hardware kit that has the new junction block and bolt with the 2 copper washers. I've heard that if you over tighten it it will leak and the copper washers are a one time use and I could find any torque specs online

Heck I never use torque specs I don't even have torque specs on something that old basically get it snug with a wrench and socket then turn it maybe a quarter turn more that's tight enough
