You could try rebuilding them. An issue there is that home engine mount rebuilding is generally done using urethane and that's going to transmit more vibration and noise than rubber mounts.

If you haven't already done so you can try contacting a company that specializes in classic Datsun/Nissan parts to see if they stock or can obtain that mounts you need.

Well go online and start searching. That's the only thing you can do. Some people fix those things up. You should be able to find a website where you can find old new stock stuff
