I have got an 86 firebird that will not start. I replaced the fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, and have made sure that fuel is getting to the rails. The only problem is that i don't think it is building enough pressure to actually shoot out the injectors. I personally think I got a faulty fuel pump but I want someone elses opinion on it.

it could very well be. The only way to know for sure is to test the fuel pressure.
