Why does my Lexus crank for too long sometimes?

I own a 2006 Lexus GS300 RWD with an automatic transmission. Sometimes, when starting it up from cold, it would crank a bit longer than it should. But other times it would start up just fine. What could be the problem here? Hooked the OBD2 scanner to it and got nothing. Replaced all 6 spark plugs and even changed the fuel pump. Cars runs fine after starting up with 0 issues. Could it just be the mass air flow sensor that needs to be changed? Or something else.

Thanks.

Have you checked your battery? If you run short distances it may not be charging enough.

@danoffbg
Battery was recently replaced, like 5months old. So definitely runs well and that isn’t the problem
