So My dad is going to look at a 1988 Ford F-250 Truck on Saturday the 13th but he has a Ford Explorer that is a 2004 model he says if buys it I would have to drive him to get the truck but he wont have space to put it since we already got 2 cars wondering if he really needs it

I'm not an expert on that year but I'd say if he needs to tow/haul alot, that would be a good truck to get if it is in good shape. If it is just going to be a tow/haul vehicle it could sit outside or in the backyard, etc. if he isn't worried about it being in the weather. If it is a pretty rough looking truck but in good mechanical shape, I don't see an issue.
