Hi Scotty,
I have a 1988 Honda CB 125 Deluxe, whenever I ride in the rain, it feels like one of the cylinders stop firing and the motorcycle cycle looses a lot of power, I even got the engine rebuilt recently hoping that it would stop this, but the issue is still there

Well have the ignition system checked out wires and stuff like that because when it's wet they can short out the ignition. But also make sure water is not being sucked into the carburetor motorcycles often can suck water into the engine if it's raining hard if the air flow allows water to be inside if you're missing duct work and parts for the carburetor air filter system go back to the stock system if it is sucking in water

Make sure the air filters aren't getting wet.
