Getting a first car and want to learn to fix cars. This car is 1500$ at the moment. Is this a reliable car or would you get something else. Have a 3,000$ budget and want to put some features into it.

Well they did make them better back in the day but being that all 29 years I would have a mechanic check it out cuz there could be an awful lot of stuff wrong with one that old
