Happy new year,
I have a 1992 accord lx manual, I recently replaced engine and fuel pump, the problem.. it will crank but not start, I connected the wire harness, checked all fuses relating to fuel pump. I heard I can reset ecu with a code reader, and it will start, how can I reset an obd1 honda ecu?? Thanks God bless

I doubt if that's the problem but remove both bad returnals then turn the headlights on they won't come on but that will drain the capacitors in the computer after 10 minutes put it back together
