I am trying to get a 1993 ford Econoline with what i believe is a 351 running again.
Where can i go about attaching a temporary fuel tank just to get it running
Can I go through the dog house to hook something up

yeah probably through the dog house to a jerry can on the floor. Be careful where you route the hose, and secure the can so it doesn't fall over.
We did not tell you to do this. 😐
If this is the one with the completely rotted out frame, then it's a huge death trap, and you have much bigger things to worry about anyway.
