Hey, my 1993 ford f150 5.0 the fuel pump will not stop causing it to flood out. When you get it started it will run bad and have no power for about 10 mins with the check engine light on and after the check engine light turns off it runs fine.
The fuel pump should not stop. The injector pulses adjust the rate of gasoline flow to the engine. What's the code you got?
Don't know. When you go to check it goes away
The fuel does not stop with out the truck running

- Realize if an engine is flooding out for some reason it's even getting too much fuel. They're not enough spark. A lot of things can do that. But commonly if you have a bad fuel pressure regulator on a Ford that will flood the engine all the time, it's a very common problem
