Hi Scotty I had a serious question I just replace thermostat on my vehicle and my engine is warm my upper radiator hose is hot and the lower one is cold so I’m assuming it stuck close but it’s a new thermostat and when take off radiator drain plug and when I pour water to test to see if the water comes out drain plug but it doesn’t it’s like it gets stuck somewhere and the coolant reservoir just fills up and the water don’t escape through the drain plug when it should so it’s kind of hard to explain but the water don’t come out drain plug when the drain plug is off so idk where I’m at I feel help less and I’ve been watching your videos but it doesn’t seem similar to my problem .. 🙁

You radiator is blocked, not the thermostat.

How would I test to see find out

It sounds like you did that already. Water went in but didn't come out.
