My brother has a 1994 buick regal gran sport has like 130k on it and it stalls going up very slight hills that you dont give it the gas for if you go up big ones your fine.

the L gear is to go uphill, the s gear is to go downhill. are you on the right gear?

It dose not have L or S it only has 3 2 1 but you should not have to put it in it like that because its automatic
i think is your clogged fuel filter. when have you changed your fuel filter?
