Hello. I have a an issue with the accord not starting. At first it wouldn't start first try. Now I cant get it to start, also don't hear the fuel pump. Is it the fuel pump?

It could well the fuel pump on a decades-old car. (Also how old is your fuel filter?) If you spray a little starting fluid into the intake and crank the engine it will fire briefly up if you have spark, indicating a fuel delivery problem. If it fails to fire up then you have no spark. This assumes the engine is otherwise in good condition.

Squirt some starting fluid into the intake tube. If it fires up you have a fuel supply issue somewhere. Could be several issues with the fuel delivery system.
