Scotty, I'm looking at a 1994 Mercury Grans Marquis LS to buy. It has 76,000 miles and is a very clean vehicle. It is mechanically sound, but has a couple of small issues. The power front driver's seat has stopped working and the odometer has quit as well. Everything else functions. A/C, power windows and locks, etc.. The seller is asking 2800 dollars and will accept 2500. I would value your opinion on this car. Thanks in advance.

Well it's a 27 year old Ford with "mileage unknown". I can't see how it's worth anywhere near $2500. I'd pay $500 over "scrap" value. Around $800.
