1994 r33 nissan skyline GTS-T 114k KM shifting issue

Hello everyone I have a problem where a driveshaft clunk and bad shifting revealed itself over a year ago leading up to adjustment of my clutch master cylinder to make the shifter work better.  There was steep consequences of stroking more fluid. The U joint started clunking horribly the more it strokes. I changed the entire clutch system recently, can't find where a proper clutch throw is supposed to be factory, and if it is supposed to have a clutch pedal rubber stop pad. When I got the car the clutch pedal had absoluteley no dead space and was sticky on the return and a new clutch cant work on that setting. I'm completely stunned on what to do, some gears arent as easy to shift into on certain adjustments, and clutch disengagement is messed up after giving gas still after all the new parts I did. Certain adjustments seem to make the problem go away, but not totally, and its harder to get into third without a silent crunch feeling mostly. The Master, slave, clutch, flywheel, and everything replace with new oem parts from japan.

People rag the heck out of those machines I would assume that the gears themselves especially synchro meshes are probably worn making that problem it would need a fully rebuilt transmission or gamble with a used one

Thanks scotty, thinking of getting a R34 transmission built in.
