I’m trying to restore a 1994 Toyota pickup with the 3.0l v6 and the 5 speed manual transmission. I’m running into an issue where every time I turn on the ignition, just before I crank the starter, all the electronics work until I crank the starter and all electronics die. I checked the battery, fuses, relays and the wiring, all seems to be in order. Is there anything I could’ve missed or what else I should check?

The ignition switch sounds like it has partially failed.
