My check engine light has been on for a long time. It codes to, top dead center sensor. mileage is 214k. How to fix this problem? No one seems to know where sensor is located or what is part number to replace it. Thanks for your help. You can e-mail me at [personal info redacted]. Thanks again.

The TDC sensor is inside the distributor. You have to replace the distributor.
You can find aftermarket distributors for your 1995 Civic for under $100
