Hello everybody. Thanks scotty for the awesome website.i have a 95 passpirt/rodeo. Fuel pump not working. Does have fire. Can pour fuel into intake and starts. Put brand new one on it. Checked all fuses and relays. Was wondering if the ecu could cause this problem or if there are any co.mon issues in these particular years

You car is really old so it could be a lot of things but likely it was just the fuel pump wearing out. They wear out over time like everything else on a car and your car is 26 years old. Might want to look into getting something newer sometime soon.
