Hii I Got A 1996 Ek3 Civic When I Turn The Wheel All To The Left I Need To Pump The Brakes To Get Back Any Otherwise The Mash Down On The Peddle And Wont Get Any Brakes But If I Turn All To The Right It Stands Up Firm
Hard to understand your question, but you may have a binding brake hose that is pinching when you turn the wheels.

your brake caliper is hitting something when turning fully left... pull both tires off, turn it to the left lock, and go look at the calipers. When it hits something, it pushes the piston back into the caliper, then your brake pedal goes to the floor trying to refill the caliper.
