Hi Scotty, I have a 1996 Starlet that was originally sold in Belgium. I'm having trouble finding an oil filter and figure there must be one that is compatible without having to go to Europe or Japan to get it. From my research the Toyota part number is to90915yzze1. The engine is a 1.3 "4E-FE" (gasoline). It must be close or the same as a filter in the US, right?
INFO: 1996 Toyota Starlet 62,000 Kilometers (42Kish miles), Manual 5 Speed, left-hand drive (not JDM RHD), no codes or anything that I know of but the car seems pretty analog.

Well I can't say cuz I never worked on one of those but I would assume any Toyota oil filter that screws on the threads and fits correctly over the metal would work fine
