Those are the symptoms of a worn out clutch disc.

Yeah the evil swine I end up having to drop the frame the subframe so I can get enough access to get to those bolts it's really s*** design typical for Ford

I believe my clutch is out....is there any way to tell if its the clutch or the transmission?? Its really weak..I will put it in 4th gear and it will just sit there....when I rev it truck goes slower than what I'm giving it gas

If it's that worn you may need to resurface or replace the flywheel, check it carefully.
