Hey Scotty I have a question I was wondering my car sound sounds like it accelerates and de accelerates when turn on and it’s park or when I am about to stop, they told it was the map sensor I changed but the problem continues. It a manual transmission.

1st make sure your coolant level is full. Sounds weird for an idle surge but your Honda has coolant lines going to the IACV (Idle Air Control Valve).
It sits high on the engine and air pockets tend to migrate to high places in the cooling system. That can mess with the function of the IACV.
If the coolant level is good then you may want to clean your IACV. It's easy to take off and clean and that being an old Civic there's a lot of information and videos on the internet showing how to do that
