Hey Scotty!,
I got a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 384,000 miles, recently I took it to take the state emissions test. The guy said that everything passed, except for when he tried to conect the computer to the system it didn't wouldnt want to, What could be the Problem?

He didn't have the connector for an OBD1 system.
1996 is the first year for OBD2.
