The truck has a 7.4L 454 engine with about 180,000 miles. It will run fine when I first start it up, but once warm it is liable to stall, have erratic idling, and hard shifting.
I got the DTC P0121 from an OBD2 Reader but cannot seem to fix it. I have changed the sensor, Cleaned the throttle body. Changed the MAFS and the IACV, and switch from K&N filter to basic paper filter.
what is DTC P0121 for?

Low hanging fruit questions: Did you replace the sensors with OEM? Did you also double-check the connections?
