Hello every body …  a year ago I bought a 1997 accord EX wagon with a 270k millas for $950 I already put 24k millas on her … but I start getting a over heating problems … I change radiator. Water pump … remove the thermostat but still going more then a half way ….  I check the spark plugs and 2 look more white than the normal (like been washed out) I tried a head gasket sealer but still having the same problem.  You guys think is safe for the block, just remove the head .. do a pressure test .. surface and put a new head gasket in it .. it doesn’t burns oil or have a knocking noise ..  I will like to get more millas out of this engine before get it replace… I will appreciate any tip and advise…

thank you

Get the head gasket test kit and try it. If it passed the test, follow this video:

Check to see if the fan for proper operation, wiring, connectors, etc.  Make sure you burped all the air out of the system.
