The problem is it slows and has a huge problem going uphill. I also have a hard time going long distance. In general around my neighborhood it's fine, unless I have to go uphill.

Replace the fuel filter and then pressure test the fuel pump.

If it's not the fuel filter or pump have the catalytic converter pressure tested to see if it's clogged.
My scan tool says service Transmission fluid temperature 140 degrees. Is that normal, sorry I forgot to mention that.
You'd have to look up the specifications for that transmission but it sounds pretty reasonable.
