I have a 2003 toyota highlander at 245k miles. Bought new and changed oil every 5k miles and usual maintenance.
What do you recommend for the next service. Want it to run till the wheels fall off!

Follow the guidance from the maintenance section of your owner’s manual.

Sure hope you did all the other maintenance other than oil and filter. If not, the wheels are about to fall off.

Rear differential fluid (front if it's awd and transfer case fluid too).

Keep up with the maintenance. When did you change the transmission fluid and filter? Coolant? If you already did those recently and kept up with the maintenance, then you are good.
