1998 dodge ram overheats at iddle

hey scotty i have a 5.9 liter gas engine with a little over 250xxx miles trucks runs perfect but at iddle my fan seems to spin really slow i have to step on the gas for the fans to spin fast and cool down truck i have changed fan clutch, thermostat ,water pump , belt , belt tentioner, what could it be ?

You may have gotten a bad fan clutch.  In the mean time, turn your heater on high when idling to help keep the engine cooler.  With the engine off, you should feel a fair amount of resistance when trying to rotate the fan by hand.
