I bought a 1998 infinity q45 from a friend's grandfather that died years ago and the car sat in a garage for years with occasional use. I drove it home and it was hesitating on excelleration, I put premium in it and Lucas fuel injection cleaner,. Stalls upon startup and has hesitation on excelleration. Otherwise it runs pretty smooth. And ideas on the stalling and hesitation? It has the V8 engine.

Did you replace the air and fuel filters? Have you scanned it for codes and live data?
