I switched out the stereo in my 1998 4Runner 2wd Auto. Once I was done, my power locks quit working, my the ignition sound stopped working, the noise that plays when you forget the keys in the ignition doesn’t work but my power windows still work. Fuses look fine I just don’t know where to begin trying to fix this problem.

Well you want to start where you were working? There's so many wires in the dash. Things must have gotten disconnected. Hopefully you disconnected the battery when you did all that work, but if you didn't then live wires behind there could have shorted out all kinds of things. Then check all the fuse boxes and all the fuses and pray you only blew a fuse in that it didn't wipe out any of the computer modules
