My sister gave me her 1999 Chevy Blazer for free it shutters when accelerating and has a rough idle It started about 2 months ago but it only would do it at highway speeds above 65 I was thinking tps sensor or fuel pump What could be wrong?

Be sure to check the fuel filter before the fuel pump. It may just be clogged. Much cheaper fix if that's the case.

I changed the fuel filter and it seems like it got worse. I am going to check fuel pressure next.
