My truck window on the driver side has a broken bracket so my window falls down over night. It has been raining and the inside of my truck has gotten wet. My fuse panel is on that side and has gotten wet as well. I've taken a hair dryer and my heat gun to the inside of the truck on fuse panel and check to see if that would help the truck shut off after taking the key out and it still won't shut off only way I can shut the truck off is by pulling the relay from under the hood and then I have to disconnect the battery in order to shut off all the lights what could be causing this issue?

Well all that water getting in has messed up the circuitry. Sometimes you have to replace the entire fuse box assembly that got wet and the relays inside
