Aloha
I couldn't believe it and found a free 2000 Dodge Dakota 4wd manual on Craigslist for free. Just had a broken upper ball joint and blown tire. 190k miles
Got it towed home.
I fixed it up. Put bigger new tires. And a camper. The clutch seems good shape and runs smooth. No ticking on engine. Sounds good.
Wondering how good are these engines. Has 190k miles, its a v6.
I actually got a parts car for $300. That still starts but has a bad auto trans. It had all brand new tires that I put on my running one. This one has 206k miles.
Anyways my truck runs pretty well, no engine lights. Smooth. Wondering if these v6 engines have a bad reputation. Thought maybe it'd be a good truck to keep since I have a spare engine and also its a manual??
Tried finding a video where scotty mentions the dakotas and havent found one. So thought I'd ask.
Appreciate yall, ty
