1999 chevy blazer with a 4.3, when accelerating in stop in go traffic my blazer will jump 3k rpm then down to 1k rpm, I have replace the fuel filter, the fuel pump, as well as the distributor cap and rotor and plugs and wires. It does it until I downshift it in to second or third gear depending on the speed but when I’m at high way speeds is doesn’t do it. It only does it when coming from a stop and going to accelerate to the speed limit. I have done everything and replaced everything that I thought that would be causing it, and is still doing it and I just don’t know what else could be causing it to happen.
