Should I get this 1999 Lexus RX?

Hi I am looking to buy this 1999 Lexus RX $3999 Driven 264,000 km. Original owner, In great Condition & well maintained.

I think driving this Lexus will last another 100.000km or more from all the research and videos I have watched.
