Concerning my '09 Toyota Matrix (163k, 2.4L, FWD, auto, no OBDII codes) :
Under load, I get a intermittent vibration above 45 MPH which I can hear and feel. When I let off the throttle, it goes away.
Any ideas?

It could be a clogged fuel filter or weak fuel pump.

Sounds like your torque converter dragging a little at low RPM in overdrive. Does it do the same at 55mph and higher?
